How long will a renewal take?

Once your order has been received, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process the order and provide your updated license keys.

Credit card payments will be processed immediately, so you will receive your renewal as early as possible. For payment methods that take additional time to process, such as checks or purchase orders, your order will be processed as soon as the payment has been received and authenticated.

When will I need to renew my subscriptions?

You will need to renew your subscription before the anniversary of your order or most recent renewal. TIBCO products are typically one year subscriptions, so you will have to renew annually. You will be contacted by your renewal representative 90-120 days before your renewal date.

I missed the renewal date, can I still renew my products?

It may not be too late! Most renewals can still be processed for a short while after the renewal date; contact your renewal rep directly or reach out via email to selfservice-renewals@tibco.com.

I have multiple subscriptions, can the renewal dates be synced up to fall on the same day?

Yes! Your renewal representative will be happy to ensure your renewals fall on the same day for convenience, and that you are billed on a prorated basis to make everything as smooth and easy as possible.

I need technical support or help with my product.

For technical support with TIBCO products, please access the customer support portal or contact technical assistance at https://www.tibco.com/contact-us.

I can’t find my updated license keys or serial numbers.

Your updated license keys should arrive via an email from the TIBCO Order Management Team within 1-2 business days of your order’s payment being processed. If you have not received this email, please reach out to your renewal representative.

I have a maintenance subscription - what steps do I need to follow?

For a maintenance subscription or perpetual license, there are no special steps required. Your renewal representative will contact you using the contact information you provided, and will guide you through the renewal process. The representative will then update your license keys for you in the cloud - no need to wait for an email!

I have not been contacted by a renewal representative.

Occasionally, some email clients can classify contact from a renewal representative as spam, so please check your spam filters, and make sure the address you’re checking is the contact you used for your initial order. Then, if it is less than 90 days before your subscription renewal date, and you haven’t received any contact from a renewal representative, please reach out to us at selfservice-renewals@tibco.com.

My business is tax exempt. How can I ensure I won’t be charged taxes?

If you work in a tax exempt field or for a legally tax exempt business, simply send the relevant information to your renewal rep and they will set you up as tax exempt. This process usually only needs to be completed once (unless your primary contact with TIBCO changes), and will typically take effect within 1-2 business days, after which you may complete your order normally.
