Most TIBCO products are annual subscriptions, and renewing your subscription is easy. If you have previously purchased TIBCO software, you may contact your renewal representative who can assist you with your product subscription. Your representative will confirm your usage goals, answer any questions, and provide additional support during your renewal period.
Your renewal representative will reach out to you 90-120 days before your renewal deadline to ensure a smooth renewal process and to ensure that you do not experience any downtime or disruption to your business. If you have any questions, your renewal rep will provide you with their direct contact information, or you can reach the renewals team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your renewal has been processed, you will receive your updated license keys within 1-2 business days, followed by your invoice. Renewal payments are processed on a net 30 payment plan.
