- Bronze support level offers updates and support coverage 8hrs/day Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.
- Silver support level offers coverage 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week from TIBCO Support Web and TIBCO support centers worldwide.
Note: Requires Spotfire® Server. A Production/Non-Production License allows for use in both environments. A ProdPlus License requires an operational environment into which the licensed Licensor Software has been installed, which is processing live data and which has been deployed so that the intended users of the environment are able to access the live data. A DevTest is an online, internet based computing service provided by the Licensor.
